These Terms govern your use of Seneca Risk Intelligence (the “Service”), operated by Vladyslav Nedodaiev (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Seneca provides probabilistic, model-generated forecasts of potential market drawdown for informational and educational purposes only.
Seneca is not financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and is not a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security or financial instrument. The forecasts are statistical estimates that are uncertain and can be wrong. Past out-of-sample performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, and you should consult a licensed professional before making any investment decision. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or fiduciary, and no advisory relationship is created by your use of the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your login secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.
You may cancel at any time via the Stripe customer portal in your account. Except as required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable, and cancelling stops future renewals rather than refunding the current period.
EU/UK consumers normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital-services contract. By starting your subscription/trial and requesting immediate access, you acknowledge that performance begins immediately and that the withdrawal right may not apply once the service has been fully provided, to the extent permitted by law.
You agree not to: misuse or disrupt the Service; scrape, crawl, or bulk- download data except as expressly permitted; reverse-engineer or copy the models or software; resell or redistribute the forecasts; or use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.
The Service, including the models, software, data outputs, and branding, is owned by us and our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own personal or internal business use during your subscription.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the forecasts are accurate or complete, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence).
You agree to indemnify us against claims and costs arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. IP, disclaimers, liability) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-product, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
